MPC Property Developments is a boutique property development and renovation company founded by husband and wife team Chris and Pauline.  They now see property developing as their main full time career and are regulars on the hit BBC property show ‘Homes Under the Hammer’.

The main principle at MPC Property Developments is to create stunning, well-finished and good quality homes that the MPC team can be proud of.  We build and design the homes to a quality standard that we would be happy to live in them ourselves and that the purchasers can simply move into with no hassles and no worries. As we like to say, “Making Homes for Living”.

MPC began in 2014, and has grown rapidly and has quickly turned itself into a very successful business with a multimillion-pound turnover.  However more importantly for us is that we have created many stunning homes that have some very happy new owners.  Our ethos is that is we build and design it right and do it well then the financial side will just fall into place.
