northway ROAD PROJECT

This one can be seen on the hit BBC TV show Homes Under The Hammer, Series 18 Episode 80.

A little bit of a bigger project to the last one this time as we tackled a house.  Not much wrong with this one as it just needed a lot of updating as the previous tenant had lived their for 50+ years with very little in the way of modernising being done to the property.

We started with completely re-wiring the house and installing a complete central heating system.  The existing galley kitchen was so tiny we knocked through to the dining room to create a lovely open plan family space.  We also installed large French doors to the garden and using a Cole & Son feature wallpaper we aimed to bring the outside space together with the inside space to create a fluid and harmonious living area.

As well as totally replacing and renovating the bathroom we decorated throughout in MPC’s modern contemporary style.  The aim as ever to create enough of a wow factor so the new owners will fall in love with their new home, but leaving enough of blank canvas for them to stamp their own style on their new home.
