milton road PROJECT

Milton Road was a very damp basement/ ground floor flat.  I think it was the damp affecting the flat that lead it to being put in an auction and even better for us going at quite a good price too.

To tackle the damp we had to install a chemical DPC on all the outside walls and in the kitchen area we even installed floor to ceiling tanking.  With the damp sorted we went on to fully renovate the bathroom and kitchen, a beautiful tiled feature wall in the bathroom really made it a stand out and wow of the property.

The flat was finished with Pauline’s usual flair to create a luxury and harmonise living and sleeping areas with her usual contemporary twist to add to the flat’s appeal and desirability.
